You are invited to join us for our annual OUAZ Week of Welcome Community Fair

Don't miss this opportunity for your business to reach out to our new and returning students. The fair will be held August 26th upstairs in the American Dining Creations Student Union.

Applications are due by Friday, August 21

Important Information about the event:

Set up prior to 10am - Event from 11am to 1pm
Vending spaced will be upstairs in the Union
Vending space size is 10 x 10 with one table and two chairs provided; note in the Vendor Registration Form if you would like more than one vendor space.
Vending locations will be distributed on a "first come, first serve" basis
Power is available per request on Vendor Registration Form below
Vendors are allowed to give away items, but are asked not to sell items
Parking is free, first come, first serve basis.
