Who We Are

Natalie Fleury, JD

Ombuds

Ms. Fleury has been an ombuds at the 成人快手 since 2015. From 2007-2022, she was also the program coordinator for dispute resolution and adjunct professor of law at Marquette University Law School and taught the Small Claims Mediation Clinic from 2012-2022. She also is the principal of Conflict Management Concepts, LLC, a dispute resolution consulting firm. Ms. Fleury earned her JD from the University of Wisconsin Law School and received a Graduate Certificate in Dispute Resolution from Marquette University. Ms. Fleury has more than 20 years of experience in mediation services, conflict management training and dispute systems design.

Michelle Shasha, PhD

Associate Professor

Dr. Shasha is an associate professor of psychiatry and behavioral medicine at 成人快手. She received her undergraduate degree from the University of Illinois-Urbana and her doctorate in clinical psychology at Northwestern University, Feinberg School of Medicine. She also completed postgraduate training at the Austen Riggs Center in Stockbridge, MA. Dr. Shasha maintains a psychotherapy practice at the Tosa Center.

Directions to the Ombuds Office

The Office of the Ombuds is in Room 3420 on the 3rd floor of the Medical Education Building (M3420) on the Milwaukee Regional Medical Center campus.

Parking: If you don鈥檛 regularly park on campus, we recommend that you park in the large lot on the east side of 87^th street across from the 成人快手 main building.

If you do not have parking privileges in this lot, you may use the intercom at the entry gate to inform Public Safety that you are on campus for a meeting in the MEB. You do not need to indicate you are visiting the Ombuds.

From Staff and Visitor Parking

Enter the 成人快手 (Main) Entrance.
Facing the Information Desk, go left, then turn right down the hallway. Follow the hallway to the end, turn left and look for the MEB elevator sign hanging from the ceiling on the right.
Take the elevator to the 3^rd floor. When you exit the elevator, the Ombuds Office (MEB 3420) will be to your left between the elevator and the MACC Fund Research Center walkway.

From 成人快手 HRC, MEB, TBRC

From the 1^st floor - head south past the Alumni Center and look for the MEB elevator sign hanging from the ceiling on the right.
Take the elevator to the 3^rd floor.
When you exit the elevator, the Ombuds Office (M3420) will be to your left between the elevator and the MACC Fund Research Center walkway.

From the 成人快手 Linda T. and John A. Mellowes Health Innovation Center 1^st Floor

Head south toward the MEB.
After you pass the Institute for Health and Humanity and the wall mural, look for the MEB Elevator sign hanging from the ceiling on your left.
Take the elevator to the 3^rd floor.
When you exit the elevator, the Ombuds Office (M3420) will be to your left between the elevator and the MACC Fund Research Center walkway.

From Children鈥檚 Wisconsin

Use the 2^nd floor walkway that connects CW to the Children鈥檚 Clinic Building. Follow the MACC Fund Walkway heading east to the MEB. At the end of the walkway, turn right to M3420, located between the walkway and the elevator.

From Froedtert Hospital

Use your preferred method for entering the Mellowes Health Innovation Center or Children鈥檚 Wisconsin, then follow those directions listed above.
