Owen Scholarship Awarded at Braves Athletic Hall of Fame (BAHOF) Banquet
The winner of the 2024-25 David C. Owen Leadership Institute Scholarship is Alondra Carbajal-Pettry, Captain of the women’s soccer team at 成人快手. Alondra is from Flagstaff, AZ where she was an honor roll student at Coconino High School and begins her Junior year at OU this fall. At Coconino High School she was Captain of her soccer team, was named to the 1st All-Regional Team as well as MVP and Regional Goalkeeper of the year. At 成人快手 she has a current 4.0 GPA, is a member of the Dean’s list and is a recognized campus leader.
She is majoring in Exercise Science with a concentration in Pre-Allied Health and intends to complete a doctorate and pursue a career in Pediatric Occupational Therapy upon graduation.
